This is actually your friendly reminder to be critical of literally everything you see on the Internet, INCLUDING from me!! 😀👍 One of the biggest reasons I went to the gym was to achieve that "thin waist" curvy figure from my more straight up and down build, so imagine my surprise when a lot of the creators I was following actually had plastic surgery or were editing the crap out of their pics lol🥲 As I exist in the creator space now it's a lot easier for me to spot and talk myself off the ledge that I'm not good enough, not attractive enough, not "perfect" enough. But I remember when I was just on social media as a teenager, hating myself so much because I could never reflect what I was seeing on my phone... so posting these videos are very healing for me and I hope the right people can hear this🫶💕 No matter how hard I work out in the gym, I will never achieve the figure in my edited clips unless I get some kind of plastic surgery. I've seen too many posts of people claiming that they work out and that's why they look like that, or that they naturally were born with that figure, anddddddddd they don't actually look like that...😩 But it doesn't stop them from trying to sell their followers that dream.
