@themindfulmocktail: Drinking allllll the blueberry mojito mocktails for National Mojito Day 🍃🫐 20 blueberries 1/2 lime, chopped 8-10 mint leaves 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener for low sugar option, or you could use your choice of maple syrup, honey syrup, simple syrup etc 1 oz (30 ml) non alc rum or a dash of ACV (optional) Soda water Add the blueberries to your glass and crush with a muddler. Add the lime and your choice of sweetener then muddle again. Smack the mint in your hands to release the scent then add it to the glass.
