Sure. 4-10 sets per week. 2-5 sets in session. Yet if I take 5 sets for example, that can vary in numerous ways. Whether be it by exercise selection, exercise order, RIR, frequency, etc. My first clip for example.. took my first set failure.. I only did a 2nd set there to prove a point.  - “Studies shows…” don’t wanna hear it. People bring up studies and lack the most basic sense of real life application and forever reason blatantly disregard that they’re doing multiple muscle groups in a session.. which means more total sets in a session than whatever study they’re referencing.  - Reference the 52 set per week study, then I’ll proceed to ask you “oh, so you’re gonna do 52 sets for every muscle group?”, when in reality.. NOBODY is even doing 52 sets of just one muscle group and CANT do it consistently. They didn’t even consistently do it in the study.. so ignore people that cope about high volume, especially when they disregard edema.  - Anyways. The goal should be to “how can I look to perform as many best sets as I can?”. In that case, you should be tryna figure how can I keep fatigue reduced as much as possible. Why on earth would you take every set to failure if you’re doing multiple sets of something when there’s no significant difference between 0-2 RIR? Your best set of the day will always be your first set, bc if it was the last set, that would mean fatigue isn’t a problem. Let that marinate  #fyp #fypシ #GymTok #gym #bodybuilding #Fitness #CapCut
