I cook about three meals a day seven days a week for my partner’s 83-year-old mom and the rest of the family. This was incredibly overwhelming when she first moved in, but I have since streamlined to the process. My biggest trick is ingredient prepping. Not meal prepping, ingredient prepping. This means I take about one to two hours of the beginning of the week and prep veggies, proteins, starches, and broths. Then I mix and match them all week long to make lot of different meals with a lot of variety and a whole lot of flavor. hey! make sure when your baked potatoes are done you’re switching out the foil or unwrapping them. leaving them in the same foil can cause botulism! i’m sure you know but i didn’t 😂
