think like Google or open Ai. they have a term in the license that they can use your data for training and fixing the models. also companies want encryption in-use,that's CPU working on encrypted data

Well, it depends: if you use sensitive data in your prompts and further models are trained on that. There is a chance some1 can prompt engineer/hack the model to give out that information.
