@imperfectodc is a Michelin awarded restaurant by Chef Enrique Limardo, providing an elevated dining experience in Washington, DC. Their menu intersects Mediterranean & Latin cultures with Chef Limardo’s bold culinary approach. The restaurant is dimly lit, creating an intimate dining experience where it’s design is inspired by the Greek culture. The service, the presentation, the decor, the food, and the ambiance were all amazing. These are small plate servings but the food is simply delicious. We were first presented with a Onion Mushroom Soup w/ truffle Oil, (compliments of the Chef) that was simply divine. (10/10) What we ordered (À la carte menu): - Tomates - 7/10 (Flavorful but very small.) - Truffle Tagliolini - 10/10 (Amazing flavor! I wanted more.) - Sweet Potato & Labneh - 10/10 (Amazing! The quinoa was crunchy & took some getting used to but it added texture and flavor!) - Falafel - 9/10 (Flavorful; the pallet activation was amazing! They were a bit overcooked & could of used a little more heat.) After dinner, we were served a Dulce de Leche treat that was simply delicious. (10/10) We throughly enjoyed our dining experience at Imperfecto.
