sure gas prices went down when Biden released 1M barrels of gasoline. isnt that an artificial imposed decrease than a real signal of the economy?

this is not the end of inflation. companies will collude to raise prices no matter what. the fed will print money again.

It's actually amazing how well the US handled it compared to the rest of the world. We love to complain but God damn we actually do pretty good.

This is groundhogs day, grasping at any positive numbers to say the economy is looking positive. Remember when we were going to get 7/8 rate cuts. We still have an inverted yld curve, DCM doesn’t lie

They’re changed the way they calculate inflation so all these numbers are just false. It’s basically cooked numbers to make you think it’s getting better 🤣

Auto insurance will return to normal in next 12 months. It’s really just catching up to car inflation that occurred two years ago because it takes so long to implement rate changes due to regulation

Aldi & Walmart had been charging around $8.50 for an 8 pack of Gatorade in my neck of the woods which means Pepsi was likely wholesaling them at $6-7 a pop when they cost under $0.50 to produce.
