@izzyskitchen_: White chocolate mixed berry muffins - a heavenly combination of sweet white chocolate and juicy berries topped with a buttery streusel! 💘 Recipe for 6 muffins Streusel 25g unsalted butter melted 40g brown sugar 40g flour -mix with a fork until combined Muffins 75g unsalted butter melted 100g sugar -mix until fluffy 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 120g Greek yogurt -mix with the butter sugar mixture 145g all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt -carefully add dry ingredients 70g white chocolate 90g frozen mixed berries + 1 tsp flour -coat berries with flour. Add to muffin batter. Bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes then lower the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes!
