Scar tissue from the c section. Never had till my c section and the dr said it’s from scar tissue build up. They can remove some during your next c section after they deliver baby. If your dr does?

My belly is just like that and this is my first pregnancy, I got a belly band from insurance but idk just not it, I just wear these pregnancy spandex shorts I got from target and it seems to help
