there can be heavy metal in the soil you grow your food in.Test your soil. Look into plants that remove it from the soil. Also rollie pollies/pill bugs are good for removing HM from the soil

I use the brand L. for pads, they’re chlorine free and 100% cotton. I’ve never been able to use tampons, but I noticed when I started using those pads I suddenly no longer have cramps!
