That’s why I ask do they mean the chronic pain scale or the acute pain scale. And then go from there.

As someone who suffers from chronic pain and has to deal with Veterans Healthcare, the struggle is real. Though for me it was weight instead of anxiety

I don’t have chronic illness. But I had chronic migraines. I had blurred vision, nausea which I sometimes vomited. Light sensitivity. My dr said it’s prob allergies & told me to take Claritin.🤦🏼♀️

I hate the 1-10 pain scale. Found a chronic pain scale that goes 1-14+ that makes so much more sense. I printed it out, laminated two copies and gave to my dr and nurse. Now I can communicate w them😅

I start my day with 6 ibprophan. At 6am when i wake up. And take another 6 on my break at work around 11:30am. And then...like 4 before bed. 🤕 For a normal day...

Dysautonomia, I am always tired and sometimes I get really dizzy and I have feinted a few times. A lot of people had told I am only lazy, exaggerating and “we are all tired sometimes” 😒💢

my usual pain is 3-5, when I actually show pain it's cuz it's too bad to function and I am in a ball shaking and crying. I take Advil a lot.... I don't want pain meds. I want answers.
