Hogweed is another lookalike. I’ve heard of people eating it but you have to harvest it at night or it’s resin will make you susceptible to nasty sunburns

I removed some water hemlock from my yard, one thing I found notable was the foul smell of the roots. It took a couple seasons to get rid of the new sprouts.
