@drnosebest: Do you struggle breathing through your nose? You could have a blockage called a deviated septum. The septum is a divider wall in the middle of your nose made of cartilage and bone. It should be straight but sometimes can be crooked to one side or the other. Actually, a deviated worm is quite common. If you continue to struggle with your breathing despite having your allergies treated, using medicated nasal sprays, or doing saline nasal flushes, you need a thorough nasal exam to determine if you have a deviated septum.
