@adrianwidjy: This is Gac fruit 🍈, and it's in the same category as melon and cucumber. I must say, this fruit is a bit disappointing 😞. It looks very exotic, so I expected some sort of flavors, but it tasted like nothing. I'd describe the taste as similar to those tasteless melons, with a texture like soft jackfruit, and a little slimy. I don't think this fruit is good to eat by itself, so I might do something with it. Have any of you tried this? This is usually used to make really popular Vietnamese desert, Xôi Gấc which is a sticky rice desert - the fruit gives colour and flavour to a rice, it’s hard to find the actual fruit, usually frozen!
