Cut the chicken thighs into thin bite size strips. Add the chicken into a large bowl add the onions, garlic, plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and all the spices, mix and marinate for about 30 minutes, if you have time marinate longer. Transfer the chicken into the Ninja Combi bake tray. 2. Rinse 2 cups of basmati rice until the water runs clear. Put the rice in the Ninja Combi pan, add the olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt pour 4 cups of chicken broth on top and give it a stir. 3. Place the trays into the Ninja Combi, slide the the pan into level 1 and the bake tray into level 2. Power the combi on, turn the smart switch to combi cooker, select combi meals, set the temperature to 350° and set the timer for 15 minutes. Press start and let the Combi do its magic. 4. Once done plate with some cut veggies like lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions and pickles. Drizzle the white sauce on top and enjoy.
