I saw @Chef Tim Clowers do this a few years back so give him a follow! 🙏🏼 Also, I’m using @Bearmountain BBQ pellets (Chef’s Choice) which is the leading pellet provider that offer premium pellets for a GREAT PRICE! I have been using Bear Mountain Pellets for about 5 years now and they are the best in the GAME! For the Pizza Rolls: 1. Cut thin cut bacon in 1/2 and wrap frozen pizza roll 2. Place on a non stick sheet pan and pour honey on each of the pizza rolls 3. Place a thin slice of jalapeño onion each pizza roll 4. Put your favorite rub on. I am using @Derek Wolf Big Bad BBQ Ale Rub 5. Set your smoker or oven to 350 degrees and smoke for 30 minutes or until bacon is nice and crispy 6. When done top with more honey For the Hot Pockets: 1. Do the same above but smoke for 45 minutes 2. Enjoy! #viral #smoked #bacon #wrapped #pizzarolls #hotpockets #Recipe
