I used to work in packing in the meat department we dropped meat on the floor we pick it up and put it right on those trays and seal it!! That why I wash all my meat!

My opinion, brown chops on both sides. Sauté mushroom, onions in butter. Use chicken broth instead of beef. Just saying ❤️

Why do you keep mixing the stuff in the pot? MIX IT IN A BOWL and then put it in the crock pot. I would use less pepper and less garlic.

Just a quick tip… Add the soups liquid and seasoning to a bowl, mix it all together then pour on top! 🤷🏻♀️
