@nic.is.fit: I wake up with messages every single day telling me that you're "doing everything right" and still seeing no results. What is happening?! But when I ask what "doing everything right" means, you tell me that you're eating 1200 calories per day, driving your body into the ground with excessive cardio, and your hair is falling out in chunks because of it. First of all, that doesn't sound like the "right" approach to me But I understand this concept because I see you, I hear you, I was you in the before phase of my journey. When I actually started heading in the direction of giving my body what it needed to thrive, it was a mental mind f*ck for me that I had spent all those years going in the wrong direction. I thought it was just that I knew what I needed to do, I just wasn't doing it. And I've heard from so many that believe this is the case for them... But it just isn't true most of the time. Because if that WAS true, don't you think after five, ten, twenty years something would have worked by now? You've been trying the same approaches in a different package for years now. I think it's time to try something different.
