When I travel … I will eat up to 10 meals a day because I truly believe one of the best ways to get to know about the culture is through FOOD. Like honestly … I will walk 10,000 steps in the heat to get myself a bowl of Bak Kut Teh 😂 So many things were going through my head at the time … “What if the clothes don’t look good on me?” “What if I don’t feel l confident in the clothes?” “What if I am SOO bloated after a meal?” As someone who struggled with body image for YEARS, every thought you can think of … I had it.
