@desijohnsonn: Don’t work against what life throws at you, work with it! 3 months and 1 week post operation on my shoulder and I can finally bench press again.. Here are some of my tips with shoulder surgery/recovery: 1. Be patient. trust the process and go just with it. 2. Don’t overdo it. It’s a long recovery with strict guidelines for recovery. Stick by them, you don’t want to set yourself back any longer. 3. Do your rehab exercises. Put the tedious work in every day, you’ll be stronger faster before you know it. 4. Take advantage of this time to train other parts of your body. 5. Recovery like saunas & ice baths will help! 6. Fuel your body! You need enough nutrients to help speed up the recovery process. 7.
