Cover and proof again for 30 min or until double in size. Preheat the oven to 200°C/392°F. Prepare one large square sheet of parchment for the pizza dough. Roll out or stretch the dough ball on the prepared baking sheet and reproof for 30 minutes. Prepare fruits in the meantime. Whip mascarpone and cream until soft peak form. Refrigerate both fruits and cream. Return to dough, press down in the middle and then add a thin layer of Nutella. Slide the baking sheet with the dough onto an oven tray. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Add crushed Oreos and roughly eight chocolate squares/disks. Place the dish back in the oven for 45 seconds— cool dessert pizza before adding whipped cream and fruits, and dust liberally with icing sugar before serving.
