I had the school board come in to observe my math lesson, they kept talking to my students while I was teaching. I finally stopped and waited for them to stop talking….. because like why.

I had an observation once the day before we got out for Christmas break. In kindergarten. 🤦🏻♀️another time my AP delivered brownies in the middle of the obs and they docked me for classroom mgt🙄

I had an informal observation at 7:50 in the morning the week before I had my baby. We were still waiting for the morning announcements and bell. I was docked for not walking down one isle of desks.
