We don’t use a collar, but there are wall plug in called Feliway. We use it for my cat who has nonstop anxiety because that’s just how she is and it helped her so much.

Feliway diffuser worked for my anxious cat! He also is more likely to eat when he’s anxious if I sit with him for a while or even eat my food around him! Idk I guess he thinks it’s family meal time

You should buy the “Feliway Classic 30 Day Starter Kit Calming Diffuser for Cats”. When I moved to another apartment my cat was acting just like Kurt. And the diffuser really worked for me.

There’s also something called feliway that can plug into the wall and it lets off pheromones that can calm him down as well! It helped my cat out a lot when we moved!!
