@grittysoldier: Trust me, this kettlebell pyramid workout will do the trick! 💪 This KB pyramid consists of three exercises that you’ll do back to back: 1. Russian KB Swing 2. American KB Swing 3. Goblet Squat Start by doing just 1 of each, then rest 10 seconds before starting the next round. Next round, go up to 2 per exercise. Rest 10 seconds. Next round, do 3 each. Continue that pattern until you get to 5 each exercise. After completing 5 each, go back do to 4, then 3, and so on… LET ME KNOW HOW YOU LIKE IT!! 🤜 🤛 ** Rest when needed, but try to keep it minimal, go as hard as you can!! ** Keep good form and don’t “whip” the weight around too much, keep good control and focus on the muscle contractions. ** Use an appropriate weight for yourself!
