If Hoyo actually listens and changes the Natlan skin tones (doubtful) they have to change the Natlan NPCs, Sumeru characters, and Sumeru NPCs as well. Like, it should’ve already happened 2 years ago

maybe it's a reach but a lot of the characters look like they were made with darker skin tones in mind (judging by the color palettes +tan lines on some), and then changed last minute to be paler.

natlan is based off on latin America, Spanish people aren't generally black, you still can see some shades of dark in their skin because that's accurately how they look like.
