Not much mark up / profit in chilliwack cause it’s chilliwack. The traffic on the highway to go into Langley / Surrey / Vancouver is a gong show .

Chilliwack is a hidden gem. You can still buy a house with land depending on the area. There was a record breaking home 2 years ago. A BC box on a development lot sold for 1.5K downtown.
