@recipesbyrachie: kinder bueno cookies 💘 Makes 10 big cookies All you need is: 🧈 1/2 cup butter (softened) 115g ☁️ 1/3 cup white sugar 65g ✨ 2/3 cup brown sugar 140g 🥚 1 egg 🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 🌾 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 180g 💗 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 🍫 1 cup chopped kinder chocolate Method: 1. Soften butter in the microwave (you don’t want it fully melted, just softened). I did mine for 30 seconds on the low setting. 2. Add your brown sugar and white sugar and whisk. Add your egg and vanilla and whisk well until velvety. 3. Add your flour and baking soda and fold gently until just combined. Chop your kinder chocolates. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray.
