I discovered that the trick with my chihuahua is have him do his vaccines and exam in the back room. He throws a fit if I’m in the room, but is a perfect angel if he can’t see me.

My chihuahua is my vet and her tech’s favorite dog! He’s been seeing her for 16 years and she rearranges things just for him 😅 He is a mix though so maybe that’s why he’s so amazing?

I've had chihuahuas and my vet loved me because I did cooperative care training to desensitize my dogs so the vet could do whatever they had to do without danger!(I also told them to muzzle if needbe)
