showering & getting your hair fully wet before you go in to a chlorine pool will prevent/reduce this 👍🏼

Put baking soda in the shampoo and wash with that. This happened to our hair all the time in the summer a little baking soda mix in the shampoo helped!

I work at a pool store and I asked about this bc I had bright blonde pieces and it shouldn’t turn your hair green unless the chemicals in the pool aren’t balanced..

This just happened to me in Cancun! I tried swimmers shampoo and baking soda and those didn’t work. Malibu packet from amazon took all the green out!!

Blonde my whole life. Wet her hair with fresh water before going into the pool. Hair is a sponge so if it’s wet it can’t absorb as much chlorine. Then when she’s out spray with lemon juice

PUT LEMON Juice in a spray bottle and lay in the sun or sit in the sun for an hour or two depends on the color of your hair and it takes it right out I PROMISE
