Go lighter with the styling products like less oily stuff and sleep on a satin pillow case with your hair flipped up over it or a bonnet (I get headaches from them though)

I have curly hair and this happens to me all the time and its so annoying so I recommend Before bed, you can try loosely braiding your hair or loosely wrapping it into a bun at the top of your head.👍
