Yes, too fast and not enough tension. Also that heat protectant needs to fully dry before you use the tool.

that heat protector needs to dry you shouldn't hear a sizzle. try again when after it dries.

I realized after using. You have to turn the brush the other way and pull through. Hope that makes sense

😂 I actually have the same issue with these types of things. my hair is naturally frizzy so I have a hard time and I give up lol

I saw a ton of tips before I used mine to hold the bottom of your hair tight. It made it work so much better. I also go slower. 🫶🏻

I would recommend parting your hair for straighter results!! Also, take your time and add tension! (Don’t use it like a regular brush) *front of piece and behind* ❤️
