Hip pain is the worst!! I’ve been there!! Good luck with everything 🫶🏼 did you get an MRI?? I had hip pain and went to PT and later got an mri and they found out i had a torn labrum
100% get a mri of the hip and see an orthopedic dr

Have you tried new shoes or adding in a few days of weightlifting (specifically progressive overload programs)? I had horrid hip pain two years ago and strength training helped me IMMENSELY

It’s may be your shoes. Hokas caused me a lot of pain. I love asics or brooks. Go to a running store and they’ll tell you what’s best for you. Also, don’t tie your laces too tight!

In PT school right now and love distant running definitely give it time and do your home exercises!! Stretch, strength train, run on grass! Get better soon!!
