Yeah Windows is very good at not properly shutting down, and also turning itself back on of its own accord when it wants you to do updates

It would be better phrased as "doesn't start from zero", because it does fully shut down, but good video otherwise.

I always click restart to fix any problem but I do it cos I’m to lazy to turn it back on when it turns off

I only use restart on my pc anyways, it's never off(I'm an impatient person when I wanna use my pc, I don't want to wait a minute to use it...)
