Make burrata filling by mixing together crumbled/shredded mozzarella and some heavy cream, set aside. Reheat Mozzarella ball in the microwave for 30 seconds. Form ball into disc, fill with burrata filling, pinch edges of cheese together to seal the filling in. Drop into a cold water bath. Remove from water and enjoy or store in fridge.
