You are sooo accurate! I used to pray salah without any emotion i would feel nothing until i was faced with hardships and my heart became soft and i could feel the love of Allah on me and i would get excited for salah every time! I would also suggest to any Muslim to do research on Islam and understand everything about Salah and Dua because it will help you with your Khushoo a lott!
