I work for a Catholic hospital as a chaplain. We had 2 beloved employees die and they were memorialized. Chapel services held, a memorial tree planted for one and a memorial bench for the other.

That’s awful. I will say I know not every place is like this though. An old facility I worked at had a very loyal cafateria worker whose kid developed a brain tumor. The worker was a single mother 1/3

The nursing home I work at had a scabies outbreak and majority of the CNA’s got it and they still refused to acknowledge that the residents have scabies. This is my first job in the medical field lol
