@donaldo_cook: Chipotle Chicken Sandwich I wanted to bring you a great chicken sandwich with no regrets, and that’s exactly what this sandwich does, all you need is an air fryer. I’m using the @COSORI Kitchen air fryer which is a great choice especially for air fried chicken because of its even cooking and its ability to maintain temperature. This sandwich looks and tastes the part of a oil-fried chicken but may save you some miles on the treadmill later, so give it a try and let me know what you think. recipe air fried chicken - 371 calories wet-In a bowl mix 2 eggs with a cup of buttermilk dry- in a bowl add 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of panko also add paprika, salt and pepper. dredge chicken in the wet then into the dry then spray the chicken with an olive oil spray and get it in your air fryer for 15 minutes at 340F or till golden brown and an internal temperature of 165F is reached. ( you may need to check on the chicken every 5 minutes and give it a additional spray if it becomes dry) chipotle buffalo - 100 cal a serving 4 servings total (total will be 400 calories so don’t pour all of it onto your sandwich unless its your cheat day) in a pot add 4 tbsp of unsalted butter and one can of chipotle peppers heat till butter is melted and mix well. tomato and pickled banana peppers ( I didn’t add these calories because it probably adds up to 20 cals) bread ciabatta baguette 4 inch long 140 calories total calories 631 and the chicken added to 58g of protein (these numbers may vary depending on the weight of your chicken thigh) #cosoricooks #cookingwithcosori #cosoricummunity
