I’m coming up 3 years everyone is out down the pub and I’m at home with my dogs I really miss not being able to be able to go out and enjoy but I don’t want to fall into temptation

I gradually worked my way down from drinking everyday to a few days a week to once a week now I'm not even interested in drinking now 💯 it gets easier the more you do it

I lost my sobriety because of the final , Gutted tbh , wish i had seen this before! Drink has dominated my whole adult life 👍🏻 You are giving me strength to get out of this mess of addiction 🫡
