I was 14 when I got mine done 16 when I got my belly done I'd say kids are growing up quicker these days and if she's absolutely sure I'd say ok 12/13 seems kinda reasonable

I say yes, and only because 1 she's wanted it for 2 years now, and 2 it's not like a tattoo it's a piercing and can close up. My little sister got a tat at 15 and I'm glad she did because she was killed in a car accident a year and a half later so she was able to experience tattoos and piercings.

My initial reaction as a 49yr old with a nose piercing was NO, but then I had pierced ears aged 5 then again at 8 so what's the difference really ? 😅
