FELT. I take Valacyclovir literally everyday (probably bad) because I get them so frequently and sometimes they make my entire lip/face swell up. But also, no one notices as much as you. You’re gorg!!

Dip a q-tip in pure vanilla extract and put it on the cold sores. It will burn but I swear they’re gone so fast!

As a cold sore sufferer I fully understand. I like to keep multiple bottles of pills on hand just in case and I also swear by the Compeed cold sore patches!

I used to only get them in the winter but I then realized they’re triggered by stress, really strong winds or lots of sun exposure. Always do SPF on lips and take LYSINE!!!! trust me on the Lysine!!

Get the cold sore patches you can eat and drink with them on and they last like 24 hours and stop the progression

They have a laser treatment for them that help shorten how long they last. If you get in earlier sometimes they don’t even fully show up.

whenever i have cold sores i try to take less photos than i normally would and just put my focus outward. theres so much fun to be had on a girls trip and im sure they’ve gotten them before too!!

I’ve always had cold sores, since I was like 5 years old. They’re the most annoying thing ever, a little stress or over exertion (exercise) will immediately cause one.

i get chronic cold sores as well, i’ve found that continuously applying Aquaphor as they start developing and they go away before its developed.

If you get a wisp subscription they’ll send an emergency rx dose to the pharmacy for you of your acyclovir. I’ve had to do that before!
