@malloryhudsonxo: Sunday morning brunch at home🩷✨ | homemade cinnamon rolls Dough recipe 3/4 cup milk (microwave for 40 seconds) 2 1/4 tsp active yeast 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg + 1 egg yolk (room temp) 1/4 cup melted butter 2 3/4 cup bread flour 3/4 tsp salt Dissolve yeast in warm milk Add rest of ingredients & mix in stand mixer with dough hook or hand knead for about 8 minutes If dough is too dry, add in 1 tsp on milk at a time If dough is too sticky, add in 1 tbsp of bread flour at a time Oil a bowl, cover with plastic wrap & and warm towel and let rise for about 1 hour (2x size) Roll out on a floured surface to about 14x9 Filling 2/3 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/4 cup butter, softened Spread butter on dough (leave 1inch on each side) Sprinkle and press in cinnamon & brown sugar mixture Roll in from the short side Cut into 1 inch logs Grease your pan & add in cinnamon rolls Cover with plastic wrap & warm towel for 40 minutes Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes Icing 4 oz cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp butter softened 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract #brunch #brunchideas #brunchathome #cinnamonrolls #brunchrecipes #cookwithme #sundaybrunch #brunchathome
