I had a 03 6.0 with 283,000 miles solid truck for me and the new owner still says it’s solid. I had the moonroof as well because mine was a lariat and it didn’t have cab lights.

Not sure on cab lights and sun roof but my 05 6.0 SRW F350 has cab lights and sun roof from factory

Nothing wrong with a 6.0. Use 3 daily. All have high miles and will pull trailers like crazy.

I loved my 6.0, gave me 40k miles only needing a set of injectors at 210k and an ipr at 225 other than normal maintenance
