@tfti.bbq: 𝘾𝙃𝙄𝘾𝙆𝙀𝙉 𝙒𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘼𝘿𝙊𝘽𝙊 🇵🇭 Chicken Adobo in general is my ultimate favorite comfort food. Both of my parents made it in their own styles of cooking. Like many households there is variations of this is made and it’s what we ate growing up in a Filipino household. There is no wrong way of making it so don’t listen to the gate keepers when they say that ain’t Filipino Adobo 🤣 This recipe was inspired by @Abi Marquez I seen her add coconut milk to it and I was like 🤯. It definitely worked well with these wings giving it a slightly sweet texture.
