@tylerpath: If I had to bet money on an exercise that the average person probably does wrong, my first choice is the pec deck flye… the second choice however, would be the cable ab crunch. The main problem is that most people don’t understand how to stretch and bend the spine without moving their hips. Thus, I recommend taking a step back to make it easier to focus on hyperextending the spine and flexing the spine. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding #TikTokTaughtMe

PRO TIP: curl your elbows in and closer to your knees for more of a squeeze and more ROM per rep! This exercise has done wonders for me lol
