@harrisonenyeart: Ep 12. Chipotle’s Corn Salsa Recipe I used to work at Chipotle and I fell in love with their food. But, recently their prices have gotten so expensive. So, I decided to make this series and share my knowledge. All of Chipotle’s recipe use healthy ingredients and are so easy to make. INGREDIENTS: - 10 Oz Bag of Frozen Corn - 3/4 Cup Minced Cilantro - 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion - 2 TBSP Diced Jalapeños - 1/2 TSP Salt - Juice from 1 Lime DIRECTIONS: 1. Place the frozen corn in a colander and run cold water over it to defrost. Drain well. 2. Mince the cilantro and dice the red onion and jalapeños. 3. In a large bowl, combine the defrosted corn, minced cilantro, diced red onion, and diced jalapeños. 4. Add the salt and lime juice, and mix well. 5.
