I’m read all of the books you mentioned from the age of about 13. I inhaled books! I also read a bajillion Barbara Cartland and Daphne Du Maurier novels 😂

my special interest is books and literature so it was interesting to hear your take on classics. I did think most librarians or avid readers have read classics since a lot of modern literature are 1/2

If you were interested in the classics perhaps audiobooks could be more approachable? I found that I had to watch Shakespeare plays before reading them to get a handle on all the characters and plots

Love this series! I do love Jane Austen haha…I think her books are so funny. Would recommend trying the audiobooks! But most “classics” are by white men which I’m increasingly uninterested in lol
