You have to remember that as an expat you can only get a job in malaysia if the employer can not find a local which can do that job.

The only difference between us & foreigners when we are ill, we only pay RM1 for all kinds of treatment in government hospitals up to heart/surgery/bypass or even chemotherapy for cancer patients.. its all free for us.. for foreigners u have to pay RM5 for all illnesses but doctor treatments are all same.. no1 special in Malaysia..
