@tylerpath: If the lat pulldown is full, here’s another way to bias the lower lats with the hammer strength pulldown. Typically, if you use the machine as intended it would be a saggital plane pulldown biasing the upper lats so sit sideways and grab the handle behind you. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding #TikTokTaughtMe
