I think it just needs a zipper...other than that this bag is perfect... I would like to have two main pockets like the ultimate then you may not need that back pocket or can make it horizontal🥰

Make the back pocket zippered and maybe they can change the orientation of the pocket so the opening is not on the side

I have this bag in cloud purple 💜💜💜 I love it!! And yes I agree about the back pocket..Maybe a zipper or a pretty button to close it!!
