As it should have been dismissed, it is not his job to check the props for these things, he is the actor and should be able to trust the props director and she was incompetent and is in prison now

not sure if this was a ‘real’ case, just for show, and the Prosecutor purposely messed it up…so they couldn’t say, they didn’t try AB. I crack up when his dumb hat kept falling off and the retakes 🤣
